Using Mina

You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You give Mina permission to store it and show it to the members of the spaces you add it to, only to run the app. Only add things you have the right to share.

No tolerance for abuse

Mina has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that sexualizes minors. You can report any memory (press and hold it) or person (their profile), and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the accounts of people who post it.

Shared spaces

Content in a space is shared with its members. Admins can remove people and content. When you leave, what you added stays with the space.

The service

Mina is free at launch. We work hard to keep your memories safe and backed up, but the service is provided as is. We may change or end features; if Mina ever shuts down we will give you time to download your copy.
