Delete your account

You can delete your Mina account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Mina and tap the gear at the top right of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete my account, choose what happens to your memories, and confirm.

What happens

• You are removed from every space, and your account, sessions and devices are deleted right away.
• Memories you added to shared spaces stay there without your name. To keep your own copy, use Download my copy in each space first.
• If you were the last person in a space, that space is deleted after 30 days.

Can't sign in?

Write to the contact address on this page (coming soon) from the email on your account and we will delete it for you.
